The Sleeve
Perhaps the hardest working part of
any shirt, the sleeve is the area where Kenneth Gordon's extra attention to detail results
in a better looking, longer wearing garment.
Each individually crafted sleeve placket, for example, is hand folded and hand sewn - an
expensive operation, but one that enhances both the appearance and durability of the
sleeve.
In addition, like our collars, our cuffs are made of 5 layers, and are hand shaped and
individually pressed. For extra reinforcement, cuffs are stitched not once, but twice, to
ensure that the lining will not shift during landering. Finally, a button and button hole
on each sleeve placket serve as the finishing touch. |
